User friendly. It was good having videos to watch but sound was not available. Also, the suggestion for doing compression using the pace of the "Staying Alive" song relies on generational experiences. Some health care providers may be too young to be familiar with the 1980's disco era. Besides these two issues, the online seminar was good.
