I disagree with the question about PPE. PPE does not provide protection against gowns, masks, gloves, etc. These are the things one uses to protect themselves.

Excellent service! Fast, easy and covers all of the important areas of BLS. The ONLY issue I have with this survey is I have not yet received my updated BLS "heart card," and until I do and can check it for errors and resolution of any errors, it seems a bit too soon to offer the feed back, other than given this caveat. All of that aside, thanks for a VERY convenient and reasonably priced service!!!

A couple of typo's and the AED pad placement for the right side is only half right. Used some acronyms without explanation. I'm a former Red Cross CPR/FA instructor and it was a good review.
