The descriptions, video and review were very good. The test was fair. I didn't get the 100% I sought because I didn't read the test question correctly. I LOVED the fact that I could see where I made the mistakes. Thank you CPR Heart Center. I will be able to keep my beloved foster children and maybe help others in an emergency should that ever occur. After this class I feel more competent to be able to do so although not wishing it... Maybe I should take the class over again.

I would like to have taken it again to earn 100%. The question regarding a head injury was too vague. Based on the study, a "severe" head wound would require an immediate call for EMS.

This is a very convenient way to renew my CPR certification. My one critique however is that there is a number of typos in the text and the final review section has incorrect information such as the info for infant CPR listed under the title of Adult/Adolescent CPR.
