Basic Life Support - BLS

Experience was easy; however, the site was confusing because I needed my card to be from AHA, and the term "AHA guidelines" was misleading to me.

this is my second time using your service, I appreciate the convenience and the depth of information along with the videos. I feel completely ready to step in and assist in an emergency situation if I need to.

Thank you for making it so informative and easy to learn! It would be helpful to have the option of buying a small portable kit or mouth cover for CPR. THANK YOU!!

CPR / AED / First Aid

Very Informative but after test you should be recommended to go to a center to do a hands on test.

The test is too easy. Needs more questions to ensure understanding of CPR.

I think the answer to one of the questions is incorrect: one does not start CPR when someone is not breathing and is unresponsive - rescue breathing needs to be done. CPR is to be started once it's determined that the individual does not have a pulse.
